• As Required by Law: To comply with legal obligations, court orders, or government
requests.


• In a Business Transaction: In the event of a merger, sale, or corporate restructuring,
subject to confidentiality agreements.

We store personal information on secure servers located in Canada and/or trusted third-party

Google User Data & OAuth Disclosures( July20/2026)

1. Information We Access

When you connect your Google Account, our application requests access to your Google Calendar data ([https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events](https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events)). Specifically, we access calendar event details including event titles, start/end times, and event descriptions.

2. How We Use Google User Data

We use your Google Calendar data strictly to schedule, synchronize, and manage tutoring session bookings between students and tutors on Crystal Star Math & Science Tutoring Inc. We do not use this data for any purpose other than providing and managing these calendar scheduling features.

3. Data Sharing & Transfer

We do not sell, rent, or transfer your Google user data to any third parties, including data brokers, advertising networks, or marketing platforms. Your Google user data is never used for advertising or promotional purposes.

4. Data Protection & Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/SSL) and strict access controls, to protect your Google user data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain Google Calendar data only as long as necessary to provide scheduling services. You can disconnect your Google Account at any time through your profile settings, or request complete deletion of your synced data by contacting us at cstarmath@cstartutor.com.

6. AI/ML Non-Training Statement

Google Workspace user data accessed through Google Calendar APIs is not used to train, retrain, or improve artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.
